Annemette Guldborg Jensen

She advises Danish and international private equity funds, their portfolio companies and industrial clients on acquisitions and disposals, minority and co-investments, and venture and growth capital investments, both domestically and cross-border.

Annemette has considerable experience handling transactions on both the buy-side and the sell-side, from initial discussions through signing and closing to post-closing matters. Her work covers all M&A aspects and workstreams of a transaction, including structuring, due diligence, W&I insurance, and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, shareholders' agreements and investment agreements.

In addition, Annemette assists on general corporate matters, including reorganisations, share class structures, management and reinvestment arrangements, and ongoing support to PE-owned companies.
