She also has extensive experience with international joint ventures and general corporate law, including corporate restructurings, mergers, demergers, liquidations, and management incentive programmes.

Anne Kathrine has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has studied at Queen Mary University in London. In addition, she is an experienced lecturer and has been an external lecturer in corporate law at the University of Copenhagen.
