Anna Strømgaard Ravn

Anna focuses on litigation and arbitration, including international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. She has worked on some of the largest cases in Denmark and has experience before all instances of the ordinary courts in Denmark as well as arbitration proceedings under the DIA and SCC rules and ad hoc arbitration.

She advises on a broad range of disputes within contract, tort, and company law, including post-M&A and shareholder disputes, expropriation, management and professional liability, and securities litigation. Her experience includes several cases in the renewable energy sector. She has also handled white-collar crime, telecom and tech-related disputes as well as several matters involving EU law, including in the context of preliminary ruling procedures. 

Anna is a member of the "Behind the Scenes" network (2026 edition), a newly established initiative led by a Supreme Court judge, the Secretary-General of the Danish Institute of Arbitration, and a dispute resolution partner at a Danish law firm. The network brings together a select group of the most talented young arbitration practitioners in Denmark.

Since 2026, Anna has been a board member of Young Arbitrators Copenhagen (YAC), the Danish association for young arbitration professionals.

Previously, she coached the "Vis Moot" team of the University of Copenhagen in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition for four years (2021 to 2025).

In addition to Danish and English, Anna speaks Swedish and German. During her studies at the University of Zurich, she completed several legal and business courses in German.
