Netcompany signs DKK 2.8bn sustainability-linked credit facility

Plesner has acted for international IT services provider Netcompany in connection with the negotiation of a DKK 2.8bn revolving credit facility with Danske Bank and Nykredit Bank. The credit facility includes a "sustainability-link" ensuring up- or downwards adjustment of the margin depending on whether Netcompany achieves certain ambitious sustainability-linked KPIs.

The KPIs have been selected based on Netcompany's business model and strategic values and measure:

  • increase in the share of renewable energy in the energy-mix in Netcompany's latest acquisition, Netcompany-Intrasoft;
  • increase in the share of women in leadership positions throughout the group; and
  • increase in the share of female employees throughout the group.

This transaction confirms Plesner's position as a market-leader in legal advice related to the green transition including green and sustainable financial products.
