Steven Sanchay Sivalingam
Assistant Attorney
Steven is an assistant attorney in our EU and Competition Law team.
Sanchay primarily advises clients on Danish and EU competition law, foreign direct investment (FDI) and other EU law matters.
In relation to competition law, Sanchay has experience in merger control, competition law compliance and antitrust investigations. In particular, he has experience with the forensic aspects of competition law matters, including the collection and review of electronic data and the use of e-discovery tools in internal investigations and dawn raids.
Sanchay holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
