Mette assists clients with trademark prosecution, helping to strengthening and protecting safeguard their IP assets, including domain name issues, delivering strategic solutions for brand protection., Sshe has also been involved in numerous transactions where intellectual property rights have played a central role.

In addition, Mette provides advice guidance on all aspects of marketing and consumer law, and further ensures compliance, helping clients navigate the complexities of regulatory frameworks covering fast moving consumer goods, medicinal products, medical devices, and issues related to all aspects of parallel import. 

Mette has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and is a member of the Danish Marketing Law Association Society.

Being As part of the Marketing Law and Consumer Law team , as well as nd the Trademarks teams, Mette works in a collaborative environment whith the expertise to provide well-rounded solutions.
