Katharina is an attorney-at-law in Plesner's Banking and Finance team. She specializes in corporate lending, acquisitions, and project finance transactions. She mainly advises banks, pension funds, private equity sponsors, debt funds, and corporate borrowers.
Katharina has been seconded to one of the leading banks in Denmark on an extensive project involving many legal aspects. The secondment has improved her commercial understanding and experience with financial regulation, including the good conduct regulation and time-barring rules.
Katharina has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
