Kasper is a director in our Commercial Contracts team.
Kasper primarily advises clients on general business law, focusing on commercial agreements, business transfers and corporate law issues.
Furthermore, Kasper has extensive experience in relation to business transfers from the perspective of both the seller and the buyer.
Kasper also has comprehensive knowledge and experience of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Kasper graduated as a Master of Laws from Aarhus University in 2016.
