Julie Linde Kirketerp

Julie has experience providing legal assistance to both Danish and foreign businesses within a wide range of areas relating to corporate law, foundation law and association law including e.g. transactions, mergers, reorganisations, corporate governance, formation and dissolution of companies and branches of foreign companies as well as other matters within these legal areas.

Further, Julie has experience with insolvency and restructuring law, including the administration of estates in bankruptcy and compulsory dissolutions.

Julie holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and has studied half a year at the University of Brisbane.
