Alberte Saul Johansen

Alberte advises on a wide range of corporate finance matters, combining strong analytical insight with practical experience. She provides economic assistance in areas such as the allocation of financial values in connection with capital increases, the design of anti-dilution provisions, company and asset valuations, and financial statement analyses. She also plays a key role in valuing employee share options and in advising on the economic aspects of incentive schemes. 

In addition, Alberte contributes economic analyses and arguments in litigation and arbitration proceedings. She has particular experience in loss estimation in damages claims and in competition law cases involving abuse of dominance and has assisted in court-appointed expert procedures in complex disputes.

Alberte holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
