Passionate Visual Specialist

We use visuals in presentations to communicate key messages daily; when presenting our legal advice to clients, pitching for assignments, presenting at conferences and seminars, and in many other contexts. In short, communicating through design is key to us to simplify understanding and enhance client experience.
About the Job
Plesner's visual expression across platforms is constantly evolving. Working closely with our Bid Manager and our CRM Specialist, you will be involved in business development activities and assist with the preparation of pitch materials. You will also be collaborating with project managers and lawyers to design key materials for legal matters. This is done by applying engaging frameworks within design thinking and service design.
You will share your knowledge and educate employees in the firm in formal and informal training sessions and in your daily engagements. Moreover, you will ensure that tasks are completed within, at times, tight deadlines and maintain our look and feel to meet our high standards. You will constantly keep an eye on continuous development and maintenance of our materials and tools.
About You
You are an expert in PowerPoint with solid design skills and mastery of the advanced technical PowerPoint toolbox, possibly as a Microsoft Office Specialist. Experience with tools such as Templafy, Figma, and Canva is an advantage but not a requirement. You are creative with a keen eye for design to create thoughtful and inspiring presentations. You are adept at transforming bullet points and text-heavy material into graphic messages and can integrate complex datasets and strategic concepts into simple and engaging graphics, and you are not afraid to ask the involved stakeholders to make sure you got the message right. You are fluent in Danish and English.
You are empathetic, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of quality and aesthetics in your work. Driven by curiosity and a desire to learn, you seek to understand both business and client needs, ensuring that complex legal content is transformed into clear, engaging visuals. With a service-minded approach, you thrive in both collaborative and independent settings. And you are not afraid to call yourself a creative geek.
