NKT A/S successfully issues green hybrid securities

Plesner has acted as sole legal advisor to NKT A/S in connection with its successful issuance of new EUR 150 million green callable capital securities.
NKT is a leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of power cable solutions for energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
The proceeds from the issuance will be applied for financing or refinancing of tangible assets and operational expenditures that have distinct sustainable benefits in accordance with NKT’s newly updated Green Finance Framework.
