Netcompany completes DKK 4bn refinancing

We are proud to have advised long-standing client Netcompany on the group's DKK 4 billion refinancing.
The transaction strengthens Netcompany's capital structure and enhances financial flexibility to support continued growth and strategic investments across key markets.
The refinancing was completed with a syndicate of Nordic and international lenders, including Danske Bank, DNB Bank, Nykredit Bank and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.
