emagine to acquire HighTeam
HighTeam, founded in 2015, is a significant player in the French IT consulting market, particularly well-positioned in the financial services sector, where HighTeam has developed large IT projects for blue chip customers such as BNP Paribas, TotalEnergies, La Banque Postale and Groupe BPCE.
emagine, formed in 1994 as ProData Consult, is a leading provider of high-end business and IT consultancy services in Europe, with a generated revenue of approximately EUR 500 million in 2024 - a 9% increase over the previous year.
HighTeam contributes 350 consultants, 30 new full-time employees, and an annual revenue of €51.3 million. With the integration of HighTeam, emagine will count over 700 consultants in France alone, spread across six offices across France, and projects a combined annual turnover of approximately EUR 110 million in the French market.
The acquisition is the latest milestone in emagine's impressive growth journey. With last year's acquisitions of Portuguese Boost IT and German Allgeier Experts, as well as the planned brand-new acquisition of HighTeam in France, emagine will have 33 offices in 13 countries, 1,100 full-time employees, 6,000 consultants deployed, and a trusted consultant associate alumni network of 400,000 consultants.
The acquisition not only marks emagine's first acquisition of 2025 and the eleventh strategic acquisition in the past five years but will also significantly strengthen emagine's footprint in one of Europe's largest and fastest-growing IT markets.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q3 2025.
