DB1 Ventures invests in Performativ

DB1 Ventures, the venture arm of Deutsche Börse Group, acted as lead investor in a USD 14 million Series A funding round in Performativ.

Plesner advised DB1 Ventures in connection with its investment in Performativ, a Copenhagen-based fintech company developing a next-generation investment management platform for the wealth management industry.

Founded in 2020, Performativ provides a cloud-native platform that consolidates portfolio management, performance and attribution analysis, risk analytics, compliance, reporting, multi-custodian data aggregation, and trading into a holistic operating system. The platform leverages embedded AI to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency across the wealth management value chain.
