AI: Shaping the future of law – Join Plesner and Danske Advokater's training program
Artificial intelligence is no longer a distant prospect, it is an operational reality. With generative AI now embedded in daily workflows and the EU AI Act officially adopted, companies must urgently adapt to new compliance obligations and evolving risk landscapes.
In partnership with the Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater), Plesner has developed a specialised AI training program that addresses both the opportunities and the risks of AI from a legal perspective. This year’s program incorporates recent regulatory updates and practical case studies from ongoing AI projects.
Who is the program for?
The course is designed for legal professionals, in-house counsel, procurement specialists, AI project managers, compliance officers, and other stakeholders working with or advising on AI initiatives. Whether negotiating contracts, developing AI policies, or ensuring compliance, participants will gain practical insights directly applicable to their roles.
What does the program cover?
The program is structured into three modules, each offering six in-depth lessons:
Module 1: An introduction to AI and its evolving regulatory framework, with a focus on the EU AI Act.
Module 2: Exploration of legal frameworks relevant to AI, covering GDPR compliance, employment law challenges, and the ethical and security risks of AI deployment.
Module 3: Practical insights into AI agreements and AI projects, along with considerations related to intellectual property rights, the Data Act, and the NIS2 Directive.
