Susanne Kjær
Senior Advisor
Susanne is a senior advisor in our Tax team and a leading expert in taxation relating to reorganizations such as mergers, demergers etc.
Susanne has more than 30 years of experience in her specialist areas from KPMG and EY and before that from a position with the Danish tax authorities.
As a part of Plesner's Tax team Susanne advises on complex restructuring cases and other relevant projects on a case-by-case basis.
Susanne is the author of a large number of tax articles in her specialist areas, and she has extensive lecturing experience from tax courses for lawyers, attorneys, auditors etc. and furthermore from Master in Tax classes.
Susanne has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
Furthermore, during her time in EY she was a member of the Tax Committee under the Danish Auditors Association.
