Stefan Brkic

Stefan has advised companies on a wide range of competition law issues, including horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance and merger control. More specifically, Stefan has been involved in drafting complaints to various competition authorities across Europe, preparing leniency applications, and representing clients in litigation relating to stand-alone and follow-on damages actions before the civil courts.

From his previous in-house role at Danske Bank, Stefan has gained extensive first-hand experience in handling various compliance-related tasks, such as drafting internal competition law policies, maintaining and updating mandatory e-learning courses, and preparing dawn raid manuals.

Stefan always aims to provide pragmatic, to-the-point advice, ensuring clients receive clear, actionable guidance tailored to their specific business needs. Stefan is a strong team player and excels at collaborating across practice areas.

Stefan has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and studied abroad for one semester at Pepperdine University in the United States as part of his Master’s programme.
