Nanna Thorbøll Madsen

Nanna advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of competition law, primarily on merger control and other transaction-related competition law matters.

Within merger control, Nanna advises on acquisitions, minority investments and joint ventures throughout the transaction process. Her work includes early-stage assessments of potential filing requirements and call-in risks, transaction planning, and the preparation and submission of notifications to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and the European Commission. In cross-border transactions, she also assists clients in coordinating multi-jurisdictional filing processes. She has experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors.

In addition, Nanna has experience advising clients in connection with dawn raids and the subsequent investigation process. She also advises on alleged infringements of the competition rules and assists clients in assessing their compliance with competition law.

Nanna has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
