Jonas Banke

Jonas is primarily engaged in litigation and arbitration proceedings, in particular tort and contractual disputes in the areas of construction law, tort law and contract law.

Jonas advises Danish and international businesses in cases before the ordinary courts of law and in arbitration proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, the Danish Institute of Arbitration and before international institutes, including the ICC and the LCIA.
