Trine Jurek Hybel

Trine primarily advises Danish and international clients on foreign direct investment and public procurement law.

Within foreign direct investment, Trine assists clients in assessing whether transactions, including investments, acquisitions, special financial agreements, greenfield investments and internal restructurings, are subject to foreign direct investment rules. She also assists with the preparation and submission of applications for authorisation to the Danish Business Authority and throughout the subsequent review process. Trine also assists clients in cross-border transactions with screening for potential filing requirements in other jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel.

Within public procurement law, Trine assists both contracting authorities and suppliers throughout the different phases of public procurement procedures. She assists both in connection with contracting authorities' preparation and completion of public procurement procedures, suppliers' preparation of applications for prequalification and offers as well as the subsequent enforcement of the public procurement rules before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Trine has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and has also completed the educational programme for legal advisors in the legal industry. Her educational background combines law with business and economics, providing her with a commercial understanding alongside her legal expertise.
