Rasmus Heinemann Sørensen

Rasmus primarily advises Danish and international clients on corporate matters that relate to company law, commercial law and M&A. He has experience providing legal assistance within a wide range of areas relating to corporate law, spanning from e.g., restructurings, national and cross-border transactions, mergers and demergers, management incentive programs, corporate governance and formation and dissolution of companies.

Rasmus holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen.
