Mathilde Johanne Schau

Mathilde primarily advises clients on Danish and EU competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, public procurement law and other EU law matters.

Mathilde has experience with the preparation and submission of merger control filings to the Danish competition authorities. She also assists clients in cross-border transactions by assessing potential filing requirements in other jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel.

Mathilde has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, which included an exchange semester at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
