Kristoffer Thorborg

Kristoffer is a partner in Plesner's Construction team.

He has been involved in a wide range of construction projects (within infrastructure (for example transportation infrastructure (rails, bridges, tunnels etc.), hospitals etc.), residential buildings, commercial buildings, etc.).

Kristoffer has been involved in some of the largest and most complex construction disputes in Denmark.

Kristoffer also advises Danish and international businesses on, for example, project development contracts, construction contracts and all construction phases of the execution. He has worked for broad range of large international and national developers, contractors, and consultants both in Denmark and internationally.

Kristoffer have extensive experience with contracts and disputes concerning deliveries of a technical nature.

Kristoffer holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Southern Denmark as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law.

He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Denmark and a certified arbitrator. Kristoffer is also member of the International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) under the IBA.

Almost all matters that Kristoffer is involved in require a very specialised understanding of complex construction projects and dispute strategy. Kristoffer and his team is continuously sought by clients for their ability to reach successful results in disputes and negotiations as well as for their to-the-point advice and commercial understanding.
