Kristian Thaulov

Kristian provides in-depth economic analyses and strategic advice in complex legal and regulatory matters. His core specialisation is competition economics, where he advises on merger control, abuse of dominance cases, and damages claims - including both cartel and non-cartel related matters.

Kristian has worked on matters involving extensive economic expert reports, provided analytical support in court proceedings, and contributed to settlement negotiations in high-value disputes. He also applies his economic methodology to matters involving public procurement, tax law, and intellectual property law.

His industry experience spans sectors such as energy, transport, insurance, and construction, enabling him to bring sector-specific insight into each engagement.

Kristian holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern Denmark.
