Julie Kragh Kruse

Julie has advised companies on a wide range of competition law issues, in particular merger control, but also horizontal and vertical agreements, and abuse of dominance. 

Her previous experience as a Special Advisor at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has given her valuable insight into competition law enforcement and the authority's approach to complex competition law matters, including inter alia experience with legislative work such as amendments to the Danish Competition Act and the implementation of the rules on Unfair Trading Practices (UTP). This experience provides Julie with a strong understanding of both the regulatory perspective and the practical considerations relevant to clients navigating all kinds of competition law issues. 

Julie holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has also studied at the University of Queensland in Australia as part of her Master's programme.
