Frederik Lindboe Refsgaard

Frederik advises clients in the private and public sector on all data protection issues related to the GDPR, Danish Data Protection Act, sector-specific laws regulating processing of personal data and AI Act. 

Frederik has extensive experience providing legal advice on the complex interplay between the GDPR and national provisions on the processing of personal data in the financial and pharmaceutical sector. Frederik has advised several banks, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies operating in Denmark, and has also gained experience from secondment to a client in the pharmaceutical sector. Frederik has also been part of the defence counsel team for clients in criminal cases.

Frederik holds a master's degree (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen.
