Emilie Wienecke Houlberg

Emilie primarily advises Danish and international clients on corporate matters that relate to company law and foundation law. She has experience providing legal assistance within a wide range of areas relating to corporate law, spanning from e.g., national and cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions, company management to corporate governance, formation and dissolution of companies.

Emilie holds a master's degree in law from the University of Aalborg.
