Brian is a partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance team. He has, over the years, been involved in a significant number of transactions.

He advises clients on Danish and international M&A transactions and has worked for a broad range of private equity funds, corporate enterprises, family offices, and founder owners.

Brian has extensive experience providing legal assistance in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions. His work is often internationally focused, as he has significant experience in complex cross-border transactions.

Brian have a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
