Plesner is seeking a student assistant for Brand and Client Experience
About the job
We are seeking a student assistant to join our Brand and Client Experience team from early August 2025. The position involves approx. 15 hours of work per week.
As a student assistant you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. The team is responsible for Plesner's website, graphic design, photography, merchandise, events, and more - and your work will relate to these areas. You will work closely with the team's permanent staff and will, of course, receive thorough training from the outset.
Your work will include:
Administrative tasks related to portrait photography
Practical support with merchandise and events
Practical work in relation to our library
Assisting with publishing content and images on our website
Graphic work and assistance using Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Maintaining our image database and CVs
Updating the screen saver
Various other team-related tasks
About you
The role spans a wide range of responsibilities, so it is important that you are willing to pitch in whenever needed. You must be comfortable handling routine tasks at times, while also being ready to use your creativity and think innovatively when required.
We expect that you are in the early stages of your studies. Your specific field of study is not important, but it is an advantage if you have experience with and interest in graphic design, image editing, and preferably video production. It is also beneficial if you are proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
You are a methodical person with a good eye for detail. You work systematically and efficiently and know how to meet deadlines. You are helpful and service-minded, and you take responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you can see the bigger picture in a high-paced, ambitious environment where demands are high, and tasks often need to be completed quickly.
You are flexible in terms of working hours. In return, we offer flexibility during exam periods when you may need to prioritise your studies. During holiday periods, we hope you will be able to help cover for your colleagues in the team.
