Senior Procurement Manager – Direct Costs and Investments

Create business value and strengthen procurement through strategic focus and professionalisation

We are therefore seeking an experienced and strategically minded procurement professional to play a key role in optimising our contracts related to direct costs and investments. Your focus will be on creating long-term value and ensuring the effective use of our resources.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing and refining our procurement strategy across the organisation, with a particular emphasis on large-scale investments and purchases where quality, value, and efficiency can be improved. Specifically, you will:
Map and analyse existing contracts and requirements related to direct costs and investment
Identify opportunities for better utilisation of supplier relationships with a focus on value creation
Lead procurement and negotiation processes
Contribute to the optimisation of internal purchasing and investment processes, including frameworks involving external suppliers
Act as a trusted advisor to management and key stakeholders in connection with major commercial decisions
About you
You are an experienced procurement professional with strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic insight with a hands-on, practical approach. You thrive on shaping direction and taking responsibility in close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. You probably have experience from a quality-conscious and professional environment where trust and cooperation are integral to the culture.
Experience from a professional services organisation is an advantage but not essential.
We expect that you:
Have at least 8–10 years’ experience in strategic procurement, preferably from a large organisation or consultancy
Have demonstrable experience with procurement related to direct costs and capital investments
Are able to balance commercial, legal, and operational factors in your decision-making
Take a structured, analytical, and collaborative approach to your work
Bring energy and commitment to your role, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
