Ahlsell has entered into an agreement to acquire Bacher Work Wear

Plesner has advised the Nordic and Baltic group Ahlsell in connection with the agreement to acquire the family-owned business Bacher Work Wear. The acquisition is subject to approval from the Danish Competition Authority.

Bacher Work Wear was founded in 1897 and is a leading supplier of workwear, profile clothing and uniforms. Bacher Work Wear has a turnover of DKK 178 million and 75 employees.

Ahlsell is the leading Nordic distributor of installation products with a wide range of products and services. The Ahlsell group has a turnover of SEK 50 billion and almost 8,000 employees.
