Anders Endicott Pedersen
Ranked internationally as a leading individual regarding tax, Anders has extensive experience of advising clients on, among other things, cross-border tax matters related to restructurings and M&A.
Over the years, he has also been involved in a wide range of tax controversy matters involving direct taxes - starting from the audit stage, through the administrative appeals system and also before the courts, including the Court of Justice of the European Union and international arbitration under the EU Arbitration Convention.
The past years, Anders' tax controversy work has primarily revolved around transfer pricing matters and the Danish "beneficial owner" cases as well as other cases regarding abuse of tax law.
Anders has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Aarhus.
