Kasper Frahm

Kasper Frahm is the head of our Trademark Law and Design team.

Kasper's primary practice areas are trademarks, copyright and product imitations. Kasper advises both Danish and foreign clients with special focus on the enforcement of intellectual properties in court cases, including preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence.

In addition, he has extensive experience in providing advice and in administrative cases on trademarks and designs.

Kasper has written several articles on IP law and gives lectures on IP rights in both Denmark and other countries. Kasper holds an LL.M., specialising in IP law, from King's College London, and he is a member of the European Trade Mark Law and Practice Team at MARQUES.
