Henrik Rossing Lønberg

Henrik Rossing Lønberg is a partner in our private equity team and has extensive experience in every facet of the private equity buyout landscape including growth equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, dispositions and exits. Additionally, Henrik is highly experienced within corporate M&A and corporate governance. 

Henrik has specialised in corporate finance since 2001 and has provided advisory services in more than 225 M&A transactions.

Henrik has been a key player and a house-hold name on the Danish M&A scene representing many prominent private equity funds and blue-chip corporates. Henrik has been involved in a significant number of the largest, most complex, sophisticated and innovative deals on the Danish M&A market, not only in recent time, but throughout the last two decades. Throughout this period, Henrik has ranked as one of the most active (top 3) legal advisors in Denmark (source: Mergermarket.com, measured by number of transactions).

Through his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School (2001), his license to practice law in New York and his subsequent employment at White & Case (New York) for more than four years (2001-2005), Henrik has acquired in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in cross-border transactions and serves private equity sponsors and other major clients across the globe. 

Henrik is the chairman of Plesner's Committee for International Relations.

Since 2009, Henrik has held the position of officer at Harvard Law School Association of Europe (HLSAE), and he served as president of the HLSAE from 2013 to 2016. HLSAE has more than 2,000 members and stands as the largest alumni association at Harvard Law School outside the US. Since 2023, Henrik has served on the global executive committee of the Harvard Law School Association.
