Congratulations to a new Plesner partner

Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen has been appointed new partner with effect from 1 July 2022.
Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen has extensive expertise from M&A and focuses on Danish and international M&A.
Thomas has extensive experience from large and medium-sized M&A transactions representing sellers and buyers - in recent years especially in connection with structured sales processes.
From 2019-2022, Thomas also lectured on the subject "Purchase and Sale of Companies” at the University of Copenhagen.
As a new partner, Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen is to contribute to consolidating Plesner's market-leading position in Denmark within M&A/Private Equity.
