Jeppe Brinck-Jensen joins Plesner as partner

On 1 March 2017, Attorney Jeppe Brinck-Jensen, who is one of Denmark's leading advisors on IP law and Life Science, joins Plesner as partner. Attorney Kamilla Kelm Demant, who is also an IP law specialist, will also be joining Plesner.
Jeppe has been advising on IP law for the last 16 years and is particularly experienced in advising the pharmaceutical industry. Jeppe advises on patent and trademark law, marketing law and design law, among other things.
Jeppe is an experienced litigator and has conducted numerous cases before the Danish Supreme Court. He also represents clients in arbitration proceedings.
