Meta signs corporate power purchase agreements with Luxcara

Meta has signed three corporate power purchase agreements (PPA) with Luxcara. Plesner has acted for Meta in connection with the PPAs.

The three new PPAs with Luxcara create security about the construction of three new solar parks in Denmark. Two of the solar parks will be located in the region of Zealand, while the remaining one will be located in Jutland. In total, it is expected that the three solar parks will have an energy capacity of approximately 211 MW.

Meta, formerly known as Facebook, is an American information technology company and is one of the world's most known and valuable enterprises. Luxcara is an independent German asset manager for renewable energy and infrastructure investments.

Plesner's advice and assistance to Meta with the PPAs marks Plesner's market-leading role in concluding PPAs in Denmark.

Plesner's team consisted of Niklas Korsgaard Christensen and Anne-Sophie Bundesen.
