Vækstfonden establishes Dansk Vækstkapital III

Vækstfonden has established Dansk Vækstkapital III with commitments of DKK 1.5 billion. Plesner advised Vækstfonden on the establishment of the investment fund.
The fund will be managed by Vækstfonden and the purpose is to invest in a broad range of venture capital and private equity funds, and consequently, indirectly invest in Danish growth companies.
In addition to Vækstfonden, a total of 29 investors, including the Danish pension funds ATP and PKA together with commercial foundations and private investors, have committed capital to the fund.
