Sustainable nursing home gets new international investor as owner

Scandinavian Property Development A/S sells a privately built nursing home to Northern Horizon. Plesner has assisted Scandinavian Property Development A/S.
A privately built nursing home in Frederikssund with 70 residential units has been sold to the international investor Northern Horizon. The owner, Scandinavian Property Development, and Northern Horizon have previously entered into similar contracts for nursing homes in Sweden. It is essential for the new owner that the nursing home has a gold certification according to the DGNB sustainability standards.
The parties look forward to developing other modern and sustainable privately-owned nursing homes.
