Brunata acquired by Minol

Danish cleantech business Brunata has been acquired by German Minol for around DKK 600 million. Plesner assisted Brunata with all legal aspects of the sale.

The more than 100-year old family-owned cleantech business Brunata has been acquired by German Minol for around DKK 600 million following a structured sales process.

Brunata provides metering solutions and energy-saving advice and service solutions in more than 15 countries. With a market share of 31%, it is the second-largest provider on the Danish market.

The transaction is expected to be completed at the beginning of September.

The Fischer Hansen family has owned Brunata since 1990. Plesner assisted Brunata with all legal aspects of the sale.
