Computer programmer's disloyal conduct

It was justified to summarily dismiss an employee due to the fact that he had performed work for other companies without prior approval from his own employer. The employee had thus neglected his loyalty duty and the fact that the employer was not aware of the full extent of the work performed by the employee until after the summary dismissal could not lead to another result.
