New revisions of FIDIC's Red, Yellow and Silver Book 2017

At the International Contract Users conference on 5 and 6 December 2017, FIDIC (Federation Internationale des Ingeniuers-Conseils) launched the new revisions of the Red, Yellow and Silver Book.
The use of FIDIC forms of contracts has increased widely over the past years and are today arguably the most used standard contracts within the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors.
FIDIC has been working on updating the standard form of contracts for a number of years, which has now resulted in the launch of new revisions of the Red, Yellow and Silver Book. Plesner participated in the International Contract Users conference in London on 5 and 6 December and has in the following insight, outlined the most important changes to the updated FIDIC forms of contract.
