Thomas Kjærsgaard

Thomas is part of the management team in Plesner together with the Managing Partner.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in management and leadership, Thomas brings a robust background in people leadership, business strategy, digital development, and execution. Thomas primary skills encompass organizational leadership, strategic and commercial management, extensive sales leadership, and P&L responsibility. Prior to joining Plesner Thomas has held various leadership positions in Microsoft Denmark and Microsoft Western Europe and served as CEO in Telia Denmark.

Thomas academic background includes a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Business Strategy from Insead.

Thomas role as COO is to create value for our clients through meticulous care and an eye for the big picture within our daily operations of the business. Thomas leadership philosophy is anchored in strategic business focus and effective communication, ensuring that Plesner’s operations are both innovative while efficient.
