Kathrine is an attorney-at-law in our IP and Life Science team.
Kathrine advises on the enforcement of IP rights within patent law and trademark law in particular, including injunction proceedings and preservation of evidence proceedings.
Kathrine further advises clients on regulatory practice in relation to medicinal products and medical devices. Such advice includes issues relating to approval, sale and marketing of medicinal products.
