Janne Kærgaard Pedersen

Janne is an attorney-at-law in Plesner's Insolvency Law and Restructuring team and is currently seconded to a bank, working on a project focused on debt collection.
She is specialized in insolvency and restructuring law, and also advises clients on general contract law and good practices for financial companies.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience handling complex cases and providing strategic legal advice.
Janne holds a master's degree in law from the University of Aalborg.
Janne was previously an external lecturer at the University of Aalborg, teaching Contract and Tort Law.
