Helene Margrethe G. Christensen

Helene primarily advises Danish and international clients on corporate matters that relate to company law and foundation law. She has experience providing legal assistance in areas spanning from e.g., national and cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions, company management to corporate governance and formation, due diligence and dissolution of companies.

Helene holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen. Further, she has had her own company for four years from which she gained practical experience across various legal areas.
