Cathrine is an assistant attorney in our IP and Life Science team.
Cathrine advises on the enforcement of IP rights under trademark law and patent law in particular, including injunction proceedings and preservation of evidence proceedings.
Cathrine further advises clients on regulatory practice in relation to medicinal products and medical devices. Such advice includes issues relating to approval, sale and marketing of medicinal products.
