Anne is a manager in Plesner's Banking and Finance team. She advises Danish and international businesses, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions on all aspects of banking and finance, including cross-border acquisition finance, corporate lending, capital market transactions, project and asset finance, financial regulation, and financial restructuring.
Anne has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
