Ambitious and structured program manager for Plesner's Projects & Innovation team

Are you passionate about leading strategic initiatives and optimising projects? Are you an experienced program manager with a background in, for example, professional services such as management consulting, with at least four years of experience? Exciting tasks in an ambitious work environment
As our new program manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Plesner's strategic direction. You will be part of our Projects & Innovation team and you will be reporting to the head of Projects & Innovation. The role entails leading the firm's strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of programs and projects supporting Plesner's overall goals and ambitions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- leading strategic programs and initiatives from start to finish
- ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that the relevant goals are met
- developing and implementing program strategies supporting the firm's overall objectives
- acting as an ambassador, role model, and advisor with respect to the use of Plesner's project methods, toolbox, and project management systems
- establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- performing risk analyses and risk management in relation to program activities
- identifying and implementing improvements of the program and project management processes
- continuously collecting and managing ideas and feedback from colleagues
- preparing and submitting regular reports on the progress and results of programs and initiatives to management

About you
- You have a relevant degree in management, business administration, or a similar qualification
- You have at least four years of experience in management consulting or a similar role with a focus on program and project management
- You have strong leadership and communication skills, an analytical sense, and an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- You have experience working with strategic initiatives and change management
- You have a systematic, structured, and analytical work approach and an eye for details
- You are proactive and you can identify and implement improvements
- You are goal oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results
- You are fluent in written as well as spoken Danish and English
- You are a natural and informal manager of projects and initiatives and are energised by working with people
